Usage of Lamberts Multi-Guard Methyl:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a Vitamin K2 supplement if used concurrently with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and fenprocoumon).
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
