Red yeast rice is fermented with red yeast (Monascus purpureus), which gives the rice its characteristic reddish-purple color. Red yeast rice contains a variety of different compounds called monacolines, each of which is identified by its own letter.In Asian countries, red yeast rice is widely used in the kitchen for flavor and food preservation. Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (dicalcium phosphate), red fermented rice powder (Monascus purpureus), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), magnesium salts of fatty acids, firming agent: silicon dioxide, colouring agent: iron oxide.Usage of Pharma Nord Bio-Rode Gist Rijst:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take in the evening with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Not suitable for children under 18 or people 70 years and older.
Do not use if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication or other products containing red yeast rice. Avoid or consume grapefruit (juice) in moderation during use.
