Garlic naturally contains many vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and sulfur compounds. Black garlic is created by fermenting fresh garlic. During the fermentation process, the garlic develops a black color and a sweeter flavor. Fermented garlic contains many antioxidants and important sulfur compounds such as S-allyl cysteine.The "Plus" in the product name refers to several supporting nutrients they've added to the capsules: Grape Seed Extract (OPC) and Vitamin C, Mistletoe, Hawthorn, Vitamin E, and Magnesium Bisglycinate. Vitamin C is important for healthy blood vessels and also supports the immune system.
