FolaNatal contains, in addition to folate (Metafolin® - an active form of vitamin B9/B11), which contributes to the growth of fetal tissues during pregnancy, vitamin B12. Together, they help reduce fatigue and support normal psychological function. They also aid in the production of white and red blood cells. This makes FolaNatal particularly suitable from the desire to conceive, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Moreover, both vitamins are present in their active forms (5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin) and are therefore directly available for action in the body.Composition of Metagenics FolaNatal:
Each tablet contains:Folate (active folic acid)(Metafolin®) 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 25 mcg

Carriers: microcrystalline cellulose, rice extract (Oryza sativa L.), carrier food: sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus L.), carrier: tricalcium phosphate, calcium-L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin.This product is free from: lactose, gluten, soy.
