In addition to Folate (Metafolin® – an active form of Vitamin B9/B11, which contributes to fetal tissue growth during pregnancy), FolaNatal also contains Vitamin B12. Together, they contribute to a reduction in fatigue and support normal psychological function. They also aid in the production of white and red blood cells. This makes FolaNatal particularly suitable from the time of trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Furthermore, both vitamins are present in their active forms (5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin) and are therefore directly available for action in the body.Composition of Metagenics FolaNatal:
Each tablet contains:Folate (active folic acid)(Metafolin®) 400 mcg
Vitamine B12 (Methylcobalamine) 25 mcg
Ingredients of Metagenics FolaNatal:
Carrier: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.), bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, folate (calcium L-methyl folate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).This product is free from lactose, gluten, and soy.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Metagenics FolaNatal:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
