Vitals Liposomal Vitamin C contains 1000 mg of liquid, liposomal Vitamin C per 5 ml, in three different forms (sodium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, and ascorbic acid). Liposomes are lipid spheres with a phospholipid bilayer, within which the active ingredient is located. Cell membranes also consist of a phospholipid bilayer, allowing the active ingredients from the liposomes to be optimally absorbed into the cell.Vitamin C is primarily known for its positive effect on immunity. And that's true: Vitamin C supports the immune system, especially during periods of heavy physical exertion or in cold environments. But this vitamin is involved in a wide range of processes.
Humans cannot synthesize vitamin C themselves and are completely dependent on diet for their vitamin C supply.

Usage of Vitals Liposomale Vitamine C:
You take 5 ml per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with 200 ml of water or fruit juice.

Warning:
This product contains alcohol (less than 3.4% vol.).
Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of Vitamin C per day because of, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia (too high a concentration of oxalic acid in the blood).
