Iberis Complex is an herbal formula that contains a combination of Turmeric, Peppermint, Liquorice root, Iberis Amara and 6 other herbs.

Peppermint
Peppermint is a plant in the lipflower family. Peppermint is good for intestinal peristalsis and contributes to normal digestion.* In addition, peppermint helps with bloating after eating.*

Liquorice Root
Liquorice root also refers to the short pieces of the rhizome of Glycyrrhiza Glabra.

Turmeric
Turmeric is originally a spice from Malaysia and is extracted from the rhizome of the plant Curcuma Longa Rhizoma.

Iberis Amara
Iberis Amara, or Bitter Shearflower, is an annual plant in the crucifer family. The species is native to Wallonia and very rare in the Netherlands.

Also contains Lemon balm, Milk Thistle, Chamomile, Stinking Gourd, Greater Angelica and Caraway.

Boldo (Peumus Boldus) 0.3 ml
Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) 0.3 ml
Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla) 0,3 ml
Turmeric (Curcuma Longa Rhizoma) 0.3 ml

This product is free of: milk including lactose, sesame seed, mustard, mollusks, shellfish, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, sulfite, lupin, egg, soy, celery.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Use of Lucovitaal Iberis Complex:

You take 20 drops 3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take half an hour before or at least one hour after meals with water, herbal tea or juice. The drops may also be taken undiluted.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Suitable for ages 12 and older.
