Omega-3 oil with fat-soluble vitamins, packaged in an aluminum stand-up pouch. The packaging deforms and prevents oxygen from coming into contact with the oil. The oil retains its good taste. Drinking oil that turns rancid is unpleasant, and the EPA and DHA fatty acids are less effectively absorbed in digestion.
