There are two metabolically active forms of vitamin B12: methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These coenzymes do not require conversion and are absorbed very efficiently. This supplement uses adenosylcobalamin. Vitamin B6 and folic acid are also present in their biologically active form and are readily available to the body. These vitamins have a synergistic effect and all contribute to normal homocysteine levels.Vitamin B12 helps activate natural energy, reduce tiredness and fatigue, and support the production of red blood cells and cell renewal.
