Magnesium is a mineral with many beneficial properties. It plays an important role in many physiological processes in the body. All important properties for active athletes.Crampbark, better known as Guelder Rose, contains valerenic acid, among other things, in addition to magnesium.
Athletes generally have a lifestyle that places high demands on their bodies. During exercise, your body loses more magnesium than average. Consequently, the magnesium requirement of athletes is 10 to 20% higher than normal.
This makes magnesium a useful supplement when you exercise. Natusport Magnesium & Crampbark contains easily absorbable magnesium, which is good for the muscles.

Usage of Natusport Magnesium & Crampbark:
In the morning, before starting the sports activity, take 2 tablets (preferably during breakfast with plenty of water). If desired, 1 tablet can be taken before going to sleep, combined with a small amount of food. The recommended daily dose (2-3 tablets per day) must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dark place at room temperature (15-25°C). Consult an expert before using supplements in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, lactation, medication use, or illness.A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
