Take 1 level scoop (35 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Preferably dissolve in a water bottle with 500 ml of cold water. Drink approximately 200 ml of Isotonic Sportdrink every 15 minutes during exercise.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
