Usage of New Care Detox Complex:
You take 2 capsules twice a day for 15 days (= 1 package), unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with water in the morning and evening. The capsules may be opened and taken in water or yogurt, for example. If desired, a maintenance dose of one capsule once daily can be maintained.
