Daily dosage of 250 mg DHA together with zinc and vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.Richly supplemented with flavonoids from blueberries, with lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin and selenium.
Composition of Metagenics OcuDyn:
Each capsule contains:Fish oil 610 mg
- of which DHA 250 mg
Vitamin A (Beta-carotene) 400 mcg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 20 mg
Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 6 mg
Selenium (L-selenomethionine) 27.5 mcg
Zinc (bisglycinate) 5 mg

Astaxanthin 1 mg
Zeaxanthin 1.5 mg
Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) 50 mg
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerol, white beeswax, lecithin (sunflower oil) red iron oxide.
