Blephasteam is a patented medical device, warming glasses for the eyelids with moist heat technology.The Blephasteam warming glasses create an environment that naturally improves the quality of the tear film, and therefore eye health, vision and comfort.
The main effect is to improve the thickness and quality of the fat layer of the tear film, to support the tear function. The fatty layer of the tear film is produced by the meibomian glands in the eyelids. These glands can become blocked, causing dry eyes, among other things.
Blephasteam is designed to deliver latent heat therapy, to release the meibomian glands and thus improve the well-being of the eyes and eyelids. The heat and moisture that builds up inside the glasses melts the secretions in the clogged glands, making it easier to release these secretions by pressure and massage.
Blephasteam only works if the original Blephasteam rings are placed moist in the device.
Each package contains:

Use of Thea Pharma Blephasteam Verwarmende Bril:
1. Wash and dry your hands well before use.2. Switch on the device according to the supplied manual.
3. Moisten the Blephasteam rings preferably with mineral water or with physiological serum.
4. Place the moistening rings in the device.
5. Put the device on so that it fits comfortably around your eyes.
6. Start the treatment according to the supplied instructions for use.
7. Discard used rings after use. the hygiene.
8. Massage your lower and upper lids.
9. Clean your eyelids with a compress that ensures the tolerance of the eyes.
10. The device can be cleaned with the supplied blue cloth or a cloth soaked in alcohol.
11. Wash your hands after use.
