Vitamin D and vitamin K are important synergists: they reinforce each other in their effect. While vitamin D ensures normal calcium levels in the blood, vitamin K ensures the absorption of calcium in the right place.Bonusan Vitamin D3 & K2 contains a high dose of both vitamin D and vitamin K, based on scientific insights. The softgels contain 75 mcg of vitamin D in the form D3 and 90 mcg of vitamin K as K2. The small, pleasantly swallowable softgels are therefore ideal for use as a basic supplement, but also as part of a therapeutic process. The recommended dose of one softgel per day is best taken during or immediately after a meal.

Usage of Bonusan Vitamine D3 & K2 Forte:
