Foot bath: Add a handful (approximately 50 to 75 grams) of magnesium bath crystals to 5 liters of warm (approximately 37 degrees) water as needed. This is enough to enjoy a relaxing foot bath for at least 20 minutes.Bath: Add 1 to 3 handfuls (approximately 150 to 225 grams) of Magnesium Bath Crystals to a full bath of warm water (approximately 37 degrees Celsius) as needed. This is enough to enjoy a relaxing bath for at least 20 minutes. For a more intensive treatment, more magnesium can be added. We recommend repeating this 1 to 2 times a week.
Shower: When used as a scrub in the shower, the crystals will remove dead skin cells through the scrubbing action, thus purifying the skin. Rinse your skin with water afterwards.
