Purasana Whey Protein consists of 80% whey protein concentrate. A protein supplement for vegetarians or for recreational, strength, and endurance athletes before or after training.Our whey comes from organic cows in Austria. These cows are known for their excellent milk and whey quality. At least 60% of the feed consists of grass, clover, and hay. The other feed and the care of the cows comply with strict organic standard legislation.
Whey is the liquid remaining after cheese making. The whey concentrate is produced after ultrafine filtration of the whey and concentrated using spray-drying technology. As a result, Purasana whey concentrate is absorbed more quickly than plant-based protein concentrates.
