Fodmix is stronger than Disolut's Quatrase. It contains a combination of the enzymes Alpha galactosidase, Xylose isomerase, Lactase, and Invertase.Composition of Intoleran Fodmix:
Each capsule contains:Alpha galactosidase 1200 units
Xylose Isomerase 7500 units
Lactase 10.000 FCC
Invertase 500 units

Alpha Galactosidase (1200 u); Xylose isomerase (7500 u), HPMC (capsule), Lactase (10,000 FCC), Bulking agent: calcium carbonate, Invertase (500 u).This product is free from soy and gluten.

Usage of Intoleran Fodmix:
Take 1-3 capsules immediately before a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Maximum 15 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Suitable for children from 2 years of age. After ingestion, the enzymes remain active for approximately 45 minutes. If you eat a meal, take another 1-3 capsules after 45 minutes.A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
