Each capsule contains:Alpha galactosidase 1200 units
Xylose Isomerase 7500 units
Lactase 10.000 FCC
Invertase 500 units

Usage of Intoleran Quatrase 10.000:
Take 1-3 capsules just before a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Maximum 15 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Suitable for ages 2 and up. The enzymes remain active for approximately 45 minutes after ingestion. After 45 minutes, you should take another 1-3 capsules if you eat a meal.A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
