Usage of Intoleran Fodmix:
Take 1-3 capsules just before a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.After ingestion, the enzymes remain active for approximately 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, you should take another 1-3 capsules if you eat a meal. Maximum 15 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
