Use of Alka Alka Bad Basisch Badzout Navulverpakking:
The alkaline bath.Enjoy the de-acidifying effects of Alka Bath with a warm bath. Fill your bath with water. A good water temperature is between 36 -39 degrees Celsius. After it is filled, add 3 scoops of Alka Bath. Stir well by hand so that the bath salts dissolve evenly. For the draining effect to work properly from the inside out, we recommend a bath time of 30 - 60 minutes or longer. Brush the skin regularly during the bath to remove waste products and stimulate circulation. After the bath, gently pat your body with a towel. Because of the creation of the subcutaneous fat layer, your skin will feel soft again.
The alkaline foot and hand bath
Fill your foot and hand bath with warm water (36 -39 degrees Celsius). Once filled, you can add 1 scoop of Alka Bath. Stir briefly by hand for an even solution. Now enjoy the foot and hand bath for 20 - 30 minutes or longer. Regularly brush your hands/feet to stimulate the removal of waste products and blood circulation. Lovely after a long day at work, walking, or before bed.
The alkaline shower
Take a hot shower and cleanse your body with soap. After rinsing, rub your body with Alka bath. Take a small amount into the palm of your hand each time and massage your body or parts of it with it. Then rinse briefly with warm water and allow the body to dry as much as possible. Feel vital and relaxed again.
More wellness for your baby and child with Alka Bath.
Use Alka Bath also to care for your baby and child. Add 1 scoop per 30 litres of water to a baby's bath with water at 37 degrees Celsius and stir with your hand for an even solution. Gently massage your baby or child's body with the alkaline water. Very suitable for dry and irritated skin. Leave the bath for about 10 minutes for optimal effect. After the bath, wrap your child in a soft cloth to dry up. The water with Alka Bath is gentle in nature and does not sting the eyes.
Alka Bath for caring for your hair
Through the process of acidification, the body will start using alkaline minerals from your hair base to bind with acidic waste products. The decreasing supply of essential alkaline minerals from the hair root follicles reduces the condition of your hair. Eventually, hair can become dull, grey and fall out.
