Folic acid: Lowers homocysteine, which reduces hydrogen peroxide buildup in the body.

Usage of Neofollics Anti Gray Hair Tablets:
You take 1 dose every day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.A dose consists of one “Step 1” tablet (yellow colored tablet) and one “Step 2” tablet (white with orange dots).
Take the “Step 1” tablet during or after a meal and swallow it whole.
Then take the "Step 2" melting tablet, place it under your tongue, and let it dissolve in your mouth. It may take a few minutes for it to completely dissolve.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The tablets are suitable for both men and women. They are compact—only 10mm in diameter—to make them easy to swallow.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
