Griffonia simplicifolia (California Poppy) is a South African plant rich in the substance 5-HTP. In the body, 5-HTP is converted into serotonin. Serotonin can then be converted into melatonin. California Poppy (Griffonia simplicifolia) plays a role in the proper functioning of the brain and nerves*.
Rhodiolasupports the ability to manage stress*. It is an adaptogen* and can be used in cases of inner turmoil and stressful situations*. Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with dinner or before going to bed with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
