5 ml (= 1 teaspoon) contains:Omega-3 fish oil (sardines) 3900 mg
Of which:
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 630 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 420 mg
ThymoQuin CP (Nigella Sativa (Black cumin seed oil)) 500 mg
Standardized at 3% Thymoquinone
Sunflower lecithin 140 mg
Rosemary oil 3 mg
Other ingredients: Natural orange oil.
This product is free of: Magnesium stearate, artificial colors and flavors, benzoates and glazing or binding agents.
Usage of Natures Answer Omega-3 Black Seed Oil / Omega 3 Zwarte Komijnolie:
Take 5 ml (= 1 teaspoon) daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during or immediately after meals. Can be mixed with water.
