Application of Pharma Nord Melatonine 3 mg (UAD):
Melatonin is a hormone, neurotransmitter, and antioxidant found in many living organisms. It is also found in bananas and plants of the rice family. In most animals, including humans, melatonin functions as a substance essential for regulating the circadian rhythm. In humans, melatonin is secreted by the pineal gland in the brain and regulated by an area of the pituitary gland. Melatonin production and release is stimulated by darkness and peaks between 2:00 and 4:00 AM. Light disrupts this production and release.In humans, nocturnal melatonin production peaks from ages 4-7 until adulthood. Production gradually declines throughout life.
When you get up at night and turn on the light, melatonin production in the body immediately stops and only reaches its maximum level again after a few hours of darkness. However, not all wavelengths in the light spectrum inhibit melatonin production. Only light in the blue range of visible light inhibits melatonin production, but this form of light is emitted by many artificial light sources.

Each tablet contains:Melatonin 3 mg
Ingredients of Pharma Nord Melatonine 3 mg (UAD):
Melatonin, magnesium stearate, anhydrous colloidal silica, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium. Film coating: hypromellose.Usage of Pharma Nord Melatonine 3 mg (UAD):
After arriving at your destination, take one tablet (3 mg) at your normal bedtime. The dose can be increased to two tablets (6 mg) taken simultaneously if one tablet does not relieve your symptoms.For oral use. Swallow the tablets whole with liquid.
Do not use Melatonin Pharma Nord before 8pm or after 4am local time.
Do not eat for 2 hours before and after taking Melatonin Pharma Nord.
The use of alcohol is not recommended when using Melatonin Pharma Nord.
Melatonin Pharma Nord may be used for a maximum of 16 treatment periods per year.
Pregnant women or women of childbearing age who are not using contraception are advised against using Melatonin Pharma Nord. Do not use if you are breastfeeding. Please read information leaflet before use
