Open the package just before use. Remove adhesive side and place Thermacare Heat Compress on the sore area. Wear for 8 hours to provide up to 16 hours of pain relief.It may take up to 30 minutes for Thermacare Heat Compresses to reach its therapeutic temperature.

Do not use in combination with creams for muscle aches, medicinal ointments or other heat sources.
Do not use on damaged skin.
Do not use on bruising or swelling that has occurred within the past 48 hours.
Do not use on parts of the body that are insensitive to heat.
Do not use if contents leak from the heat pad and/or if the pad is damaged or torn.
Do not use on persons who cannot remove the product themselves without help from others or who are unable to follow all instructions for use, such as children and certain elderly persons.
