A bone formula with various important substances for our bones:Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc for maintaining strong bones
Vitamin K, involved in the absorption of minerals/calcium into the bones/bone tissue and good for the skeleton.
Vitamin D increases calcium absorption in the bones and is important for bone composition.
Composition of VitOrtho BotForm:
Each 2 tablets (= daily dose) contain:Calcium (from lithothamnion calcareum Aquamin* F)) 300 mg
Magnesium (from seawater (Aquamin* Mg)) 200 mg
Zink (bisglycinaat) TRAACS* 20 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (from lichen) 1000 IU/ 25 mcg
Vitamin K2 (menachinon-7) (VitaMK7) 90 mcg
Borium (natriumboraat) 6 mg

Usage of VitOrtho BotForm:
You take 2 tablets once a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
This product contains more than 20 mcg of vitamin D and is therefore not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory warning text). Contains vitamin K2; use in combination with coumarin derivatives only in consultation with an (orthomolecular) physician.
