Golden Naturals GABA 1000 mg contains GABA, zinc and thiamine (vitamin B1).GABA stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid. GABA can also be produced in the body itself from glutamate.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to normal psychological function and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
Composition of Golden Naturals GABA 1000 mg:
Each tablet (= daily dosage) contains:GABA (gamma-aminoboterzuur) 1000 mg
Vitamine B1 (thiaminehydrochloride) 0,2 mg
Zinc (citrate) 1.5 mg
BioPerine (Piper nigrum L. extract) 3 mg
Ingredients of Golden Naturals GABA 1000 mg:
Gaba, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate dri 15%), thickeners (vegetable oil, HP cellulose), anti-caking agents (fatty acid salts, silicon dioxide), glazing agent (cellulose), zinc citrate, bioperine® (piper nigrum l. extract), firming agent (glycerine), thiamine hydrochloride.This product is free from: egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites, fish.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Golden Naturals GABA 1000 mg:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Best taken before, during, or after stressful moments. Maximum 6 tablets spread throughout the day.
