Active ingredients:
✓Flaxseed (Linseed) or Atasi:
Flaxseed is extremely high in fibre and contains important mucilages that support digestion and help balance intestinal flora. Flaxseeds also contain a valuable mix of magnesium, iron and zinc, as well as vitamins B1, B6 and E and several unsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic and linolenic acids. These omega-3 and -6 fatty acids are important for your metabolism and contribute to a healthy immune system.
