Ingredients of Dampo 2 in 1 Neus Inhaler + Inhalatie Druppels:
Eucalyptus oil, menthol, camphor, peppermint oil, antioxidant (tocopherol).Usage of Dampo 2 in 1 Neus Inhaler + Inhalatie Druppels:
Nasal inhaler: Remove the cap before use. Hold the stick close to your nose or in your nostril and inhale deeply through your nose. After use, clean the tip and replace the cap.Inhalation drops: Twist the top of the inhaler off the dropper.
Steam bath: Drip a small amount into a bowl of hot, but not boiling, water. Place a towel over your head and the bowl. Keep your eyes closed and inhale the vapors as deeply as possible for 5-10 minutes.
- In a tissue: Drop a small amount onto a tissue. Hold it over your nose or mouth, allowing you to inhale the released oil.
