L-Threonine 100 mg
Vitamin A (beta-carotene) 160 mcg

2'-Fucosyllactose (derived from lactose, milk sugar), L-threonine, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, colorant: calcium carbonate), carrier: microcrystalline cellulose, rice extract (Oryza sativa), carrier: tricalcium phosphate, beta-carotene, carrying foodstuff: sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus).Usage of Metagenics MetaFucose HMO:
You take 1 vegetarian capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Must not be used if other foods with added 2'fucosyllactose are consumed on the same day.
