Each vegetarian capsule contains:2'fucosyllactose 250 mg
L-threonine 100 mg
Vitamin A (beta-carotene) 160 mcg
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Rice extracts (Oryza sativa), Tricalcium phosphate, Sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus).

2'-Fucosyllactose (derived from lactose, milk sugar), L-threonine, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, coloring: calcium carbonate), carrier: microcrystalline cellulose, rice extract (Oryza sativa), carrier: tricalcium phosphate, beta-carotene, carrier food: sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus).Usage of Metagenics MetaFucose HMO:
You take 1 vegetarian capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
