Lucovitaal Skin, Hair & Nails Tablets contain, among other things, Biotin and Zinc, good for the nails, for the maintenance of normal skin and shiny hair.✓Biotin is good for the condition of the hair, it keeps your hair strong and helps care for the skin from within.
Zinc is good for hair and nails, for hair condition and maintaining shine. It also supports the skin's regenerative capacity. It nourishes the skin from within.
Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen, which helps strengthen the skin (from within) and helps protect the body's cells from external influences. Also contains vitamins A (skin), B1, B2 (skin and oxidative damage), B3 (skin), D, and E (oxidative damage).
Besides zinc, the tablets also contain iron, iodine, copper, manganese, and selenium. Iodine is important for the skin, copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation, and selenium is good for the nails.
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is a plant in the horsetail family (Equisetaceae). The plant is also called "horsetail," "field horsetail," "loose-tail," or "unjer."
