Usage of Lamberts Vitamin D3 Drops:
Adults: take 5 drops, 25 mcg per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Pregnant and breastfeeding women: take 2 drops of 10 mcg per day.
Children from 3 years of age: take 2 drops of 10 mcg per day.
Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
