Calcium (carbonate & citrate), magnesium (citrate, hydroxide & carbonate), cellulose, crosslinked cellulose gum, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide & magnesium stearate), vitamin K2 (menanquinone-7), tablet coating (HP methylcellulose & glycerol), stearic acid, vitamin D3.This product is free from: wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Osteoguard Advance:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
