Bulking agents (cellulose & calcium carbonate), vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium salts of fatty acids), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & glycerol).This product is free from: Wheat, barley, soy, gluten, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts P5P 20 mg Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate Vitamine B6:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
