Application of Humic Solution Pure&Fulvic Fulvinezuur Glas:
Pure & Fulvic is an excellent nutritional supplement/herbal preparation for everyone. Fulvic acid is one of nature's smallest molecules and is the natural transporter for every living thing (plant, animal, and human).Ingredients of Humic Solution Pure&Fulvic Fulvinezuur Glas:
Carrier: spring water, 0.6% fulvic acid according to HPTA® measurement.Contains no gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, soy, yeast, artificial colors or flavors.
Usage of Humic Solution Pure&Fulvic Fulvinezuur Glas:
Tip: If you want to follow instructions 1 or 2, you'll need a total of 1900 ml. For optimal results, it's best to order bottles.Recommended use 1 (21 days):
Take 30ml of Pure&Fulvic three times daily (90ml per day) for 21 days. Dilute 30ml of Pure&Fulvic with 240ml of (chlorine-free) water. Take one hour before or after meals for optimal results.

Some people are sensitive to the effects of the above schedule. It may be more comfortable to start with a lower dose. This is a gentler, slower variation of the above schedule. Instead of 90ml daily, this schedule starts with a daily dose of 30ml and gradually increases to 90ml. Take an hour before or after meals for optimal results.

Directions for use 3 – maintenance dose
Once you've completed one of the two schedules, you can continue with the daily maintenance dose. Take 10ml three times a day before each meal, or 20ml before breakfast and 10ml before dinner. You can take this dose with fruit juice or (chlorine-free) water, optionally along with other vitamins and/or nutritional supplements. For best results, take the maintenance dose one hour before meals. You can also start the maintenance dose immediately, for example, if you react very sensitively to both schedules. This is equally effective, but it will take a little longer to notice any effects than if you follow one of the two schedules first.
