Molkosan from A.Vogel is a 100% natural product made from purified and concentrated whey from fresh Swiss Alpine milk. It has a mild, tangy flavor, is odorless, and contains a higher concentration of dextrorotatory lactic acid.Molkosan contains whey, the watery, yellowish liquid that forms during cheese production. It is almost fat-free and contains lactic acid.
