A broad-spectrum and modern multivitamin in which the amounts of vitamins and minerals are aligned as closely as possible with the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA, recently also known as the Reference Intake RI). This product has been developed for individuals who wish to take a high-quality but not high-dose multivitamin.In addition to metabolically active coenzymes and biologically bound, highly absorbable minerals, this multi also contains taurine, lycopene, lutein, vitamins K1 and K2, and vitamin E in a high-quality blend of natural tocopherols and tocotrienols.

Usage of VeraSupplements ADH-Multi:
Adults and children aged 4 years and older take 1 capsule per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years old.
