Usage of Golden Naturals Zware & Vermoeide Benen:
You take 2 capsules per day (starting dose), unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take after breakfast with plenty of water).
If necessary, this may also be taken spread out over the day.
If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day.
