Calcium carbonate, Valerian extract, Cellulose, Tablet coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Color: Titanium dioxide, Glycerin), Crosslinked cellulose gum, Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate), Stearic acid. Expiration time: less than 1 hour.This product is free of: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and milk products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Valerian 1600 mg:
You take 1-2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take one hour before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
