Vitalize Q10 Ubiquinol 100 mg Active Form is a high-dose, natural dietary supplement. The ubiquinol in these Q10 capsules is a Kaneka-patented and converted form of coenzyme Q10 ubiquinone.The difference between ubiquinone and ubiquinol is that the latter form no longer needs to be converted, but can be utilized directly by the body.
Q10 is a natural substance (a compound). You can therefore compare Q10 to a type of vitamin. Coenzyme Q10 occurs naturally in almost every body cell. The body produces coenzyme Q10 itself.
