Usage of VitOrtho Liposomaal Vitamine B-Complex:
Measure out 5 ml once daily using the enclosed measuring spoon. You can take the Liposomal Vitamin B-Complex undiluted or add it to water or fruit juice. Preferably take with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Shake before use. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 2 months.
