Usage of Altisa Omega 3-6-9 1000 mg Plantaardig:
Altisa Omega 3-6-9 1000 mg is an optimal source of primarily omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-9 fatty acids are naturally present in the vegetable oils from which these polyunsaturated fatty acids are derived.✓Linseed oil: Contributes to regular bowel movements, menopausal comfort, weight control and digestive comfort.
✓Sunflower oil: Contributes to resistance.
✓Olive oil: Contributes to resistance, good breathing, gastrointestinal health, regular blood pressure, normal blood sugar levels, normal kidney function and acts as an antioxidant.
✓Rice Bran Oil: Rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, it is the most balanced oil in terms of the fatty acid levels recommended by the American Heart Association. It also contains the highest levels of vitamin E, tocotrienol (336 ppm), oryzanol (2000 ppm), and total natural antioxidants (2417 ppm). It also contains the highest level of phytosterols compared to other nutritional oils. Tocotrienol and oryzanol are powerful antioxidants that "fight" damaging free radicals.
