Vitamine B3 (nicotinamide) 5 mg

Magnesium (oxide) 90mg
Humulus lupulus L. (hopkegels) extract 20 mg
Melissa officinalis L. (melissebladeren) extract 30 mg

Magnesium oxide; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic (xanthan gum)*; Melissa officinalis L.; Humulus lupulus L.; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); lubricant: vegetable magnesium stearate; pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6); melatonin.* = Ingredient from green (= controlled) farming.
This product is free from: Artificial colors, preservatives and flavorings, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, corn, milk (derivatives), talc, animal derivatives, gluten, lactose, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soy, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, lupine and molluscs.

Composition of Altisa Melatonine Sustained Release Complex:
You take half a tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take half an hour to an hour before going to sleep.
