Altisa Melatonin Sustained Release Complex contains an optimal dosage of melatonin, in combination with the co-factors with a synergistic (collaborative) effect.Melatonin Optimal Dosage Complex from Altisa is a source of:
✓Melissa officinalis and Humulus lupulus that help to find a healthy sleep.
✓Magnesium contributes, among other things, to the reduction of fatigue.
Composition of Altisa Melatonine Sustained Release Complex:
Each half tablet (= daily dose) contains:Melatonin (minimum 99.5% purity) 290 mcg
Vitamine B3 (nicotinamide) 5 mg
Vitamine B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 1,5 mg
Magnesium (oxide) 90mg
Humulus lupulus L. (hopkegels) extract 20 mg
Melissa officinalis L. (melissebladeren) extract 30 mg
Ingredients of Altisa Melatonine Sustained Release Complex:
Magnesium oxide; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic (xanthan gum)*; Melissa officinalis L.; Humulus lupulus L.; nicotinamide (vitamin?B3); lubricant: vegetable magnesium stearate; pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6); melatonin.* = Ingredient from green (= controlled) agriculture.
This product is free from: Artificial colours, preservatives and flavours, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, corn, milk (derivatives), talc, animal derivatives, gluten, lactose, shellfish, eggs, fish, soy, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupine and molluscs.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Composition of Altisa Melatonine Sustained Release Complex:
You take half a tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take half an hour/one hour before going to bed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Alcohol can reduce the effect of melatonin.
