Usage of Altisa L-Lysine 1000 mg:
L-Lysine is the biologically active form of lysine in its L-stereoisomeric form. L-Lysine (HCl, monohydrochloride) is the hydrochloride salt of L-lysine. Altisa's L-Lysine has a purity of over 99%.Lysine supplementation is recommended for those with a low dietary intake of this amino acid, particularly those following a vegetarian, low-protein diet, or vegan diet. Lysine is primarily found in meat and poultry, fish, and seafood. L-lysine is said to promote the absorption of calcium, iron, and zinc. L-lysine is a key component of structural proteins such as elastin and collagen. It also promotes the formation of essential substances in the body and is necessary for protein synthesis.
Altisa L-Lysine 1000 mg provides the ideal dose of the essential amino acid L-lysine. The daily requirement is estimated at approximately 35 mg/kg body weight. Depending on the lysine content of your diet, a supplement may be recommended.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Composition of Altisa L-Lysine 1000 mg:
You take 0.5-1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Best taken on an empty stomach. If taking this product for longer than 6 months, consult your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
