Altisa Calm & Super Relax 7 tablets contain a unique combination of valerian, hops, passionflower, oats, hawthorn, and California poppy in each tablet. The beneficial effect of this combination is based on synergistic action, correct dosages, and the use of the correct active ingredients.✓Valerian: Supports cardiovascular health, blood pressure, healthy sleep and rest, cognitive function, relaxation, has a beneficial effect on stress, works as an antioxidant.
✓Hop: Supports the promotion of good sleep, has a calming effect, is good for the nervous system.
✓Passion flower: Supports relaxation and sleep, and is recommended in stressful situations.
✓Oat seed: Supports hormonal balance, has a relaxing effect and helps you regain a good night's sleep.

Passiflora edulis Sims (incarnata L.) (passion flower, aerial parts) extract 4:1*200 mg
of which total flavonoids (vitexin) 3.5%: 7 mg
Avena sativa L. (haverzaad) extract** 30 mg
Crataegus laevigata (Poiret) (one- and two-styled hawthorn, leaf and flowering top) extract* 3:1 20 mg
