This Timed-Release Vitamin C tablet contains the buffered form of Vitamin C, also known as the 'deacidified form'. It is gentle on the stomach, and the tablet can easily be broken in half if necessary. Vitamin C combined with citrus bioflavonoids, acerola, and rutin for better absorption.Composition of Altisa C 1000mg + Bioflavonoids + Acerola & Rutin TR:
Each tablet contains:Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 1000 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids 350 mg
Acerola (Malpighia punicifolia) 50 mg
Rutine (Sophora japonica) 50 mg
Ingredients of Altisa C 1000mg + Bioflavonoids + Acerola & Rutin TR:
Calcium ascorbate, citrus bioflavonoids, xanthan gum, stearic acid, rutin, Malphigia punicifolia (Acerola), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.This product is free from: artificial colors, preservatives and flavorings, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, corn, milk (products), talc, animal products, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, lupine and molluscs.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
NB: Consult your doctor in case of impaired iron metabolism and during pregnancy. High vitamin C intake (>1000 mg/day) may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort in some individuals. In those predisposed to kidney stone formation, high vitamin C intake may also lead to increased oxalic acid secretion; in these cases, caution is advised, and it is recommended that kidney patients do not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day, given the risk of hyperoxalemia, among other factors.
