You take 10 grams AlkaGreens Powder (1 level scoop) 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your health professional. Preferably dissolve in water, fruit juice or mix through a smoothie.Preferably take half an hour before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
