Usage of Golden Naturals Spijsverteringsenzymen:
You start with 1-2 capsules 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Maximum 6 capsules per day. For children aged 2 to 12 years, take 1 capsule 3 times a day as a starting dose; maximum 3 capsules per day. If desired, a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day can be increased later.
