Water-alcohol extract of Great nettle seed.One daily dose contains 2-3 ml of water-alcohol extract of 200-300 mg dried common nettle seeds. Alcohol content 30%.
Usage of De Cruydhof / Natura Sanat Urtica Dioica - Grote Brandnetel Zaad Tinctuur:
Adults (unless otherwise prescribed) use 15-20 drops dissolved in a small amount of water three times a day. Children aged 2-15 use the same number of drops as their age. Shake the tincture before use. Slight clouding or sediment does not affect its quality.A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
