Nataos C-Posome is a unique liposomal vitamin C1 complex that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is perhaps the best-known vitamin. Some animals can produce their own vitamin C, but humans must obtain it from food and other sources. Good sources of vitamin C are fresh fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits. Take 5 ml once a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning: Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day due to, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia.
