Use of Arkopharma Arkomag Marien + Plantaardig Magnesium Biologisch:
Adults and children aged 6 years and older: Take 1 tablet per day during breakfast with a large glass of water. For adults, the daily dosage may be increased to 2 tablets per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) in case of fatigue, nervousness, or stressful situations, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
